have found it very very hard to pick a team..
the 1 certainty for me with be M Pavlich, who scores very well every year!!
Port Power has 16 years history at Football Park...

The Port Magpies have 40 years history and the two shall never be confused or combined

I know not everyone knows what this means but I finally got my team into the same ratio 13/4/6/7!

I am now officially SICK of tinkering and just want the season to start

I found the cheap defenders the hardest it seems you have to spend at least $250K to get someone that will play. I did finally find a few exceptions but still needed to spend almost $200 each on 2 of them.

Booney - if you read this, Brett Ebert v Robbie Gray?

Have spent a long time on my SuperCoach team this year, as it will be my first year in this competition after doing Dream Team for a few seasons now.

Pretty happy with what I have picked for this year so far, so thought I would just pick the same for my Dream Team. I knew that they were fairly different scoring wise - but I didn't think i'd have that much trouble picking the same team...how very wrong I was.

Rioli is more consistent but will he have second year blues with more attention? Jones has the capacity to score big big scores but also has the ability to have absolute shockers some weeks scoring tiny scores.

I chose Rioli last year but i might stay away from him this year i think.

Pup, in your opinion does all this talk about Fev having a huge year make him worth the risk at $467K?

He's in my current side, swayed by all the hype!

$459K is really pretty cheap for a bloke who scored over 100 nine times last year and averaged 85.

If you do want to keep Fevola in your side be prepared to stick with him for more than 3-4 week blocks, he will inevitably give you some poor scores but he will also post some big numbers when he kicks bags especially with his accuracy.

You look at the blokes around him Stokes, Hall, Murphy, O Loughlin, Burton, Lloyd, Bradshaw and Roughhead are all more expensive and IMO he will or certainly has the capacity to match if not better all those players named. I think he is good value but many others may disagree. Really depends on how consistent you need him to be. If he is one of your most important forwards maybe look for someone who consistently scores more than 100 but if he is the cream on the cake then he is good value IMO.

Neither. Jones is a spud and Rioli is a selection made a year too late.

You'll be sorry. He'll rack up a few good weeks and you'll be rubbing your hands with glee. Then, with a really important match coming up he will go missing and I mean under 30 points missing. Stay away.

Jeez Homer you really are slow. ;) Sorry mate you'll have to wait until next year's Hogg. I can't be arsed organising seven divvies! Maybe the Dream Team boys have a spot in one of their leagues.

Haha, spud, no worries. I would have put Rioli in my team last year if I had entered ;)

Turns out I probably won't go either.

Booney I am not but information I have young Jedi. Ebert is a frustrating prospect for SuperCoach and I reckon Gray might have a season out of the box this year and will benefit from some time in midfield at times this year (at least according to what I have read). So in short, Gray over Ebo.
