But as Shoey suggested a Noarlunga boy and before he and his family got really involved in South they were as passionate as anyone about their Shoey's. Hope to see him in the South League side dominating with his brother!!!

Teamwork on the money with this one.
Tim has signed with Victor but doesnt expect to play any games as he is set on playing with James at SA. He tells us 6 mates have signed with Victor and the current coach is also a friend.

We are very disapointed but we wish Tim all the best for the coming season.[/quote]

Yehh Tim Boyd absolute gun, had the worst luck every, hes a great guy too, not big headed like his little brother.

Any feedback? I believe Cove fielded an under 18 side?

The only feed back I have is Cove only played 6 players from last seasons premiership side. Victor will take some positives from the day but will wait and see how things plan out when they can put the full side on the park.

How do you think Encounter Bay has gone in regards to recruits to the club against possible losses. I see that 3 of the 6 inclusions have come from macclesfield who finished in the bottom 2 or 3 in the hills country league last year. Do you think these guys will have an impact on the comp.

Encounter Bay has recruited pretty well in Numbers, however we can only see how the quality is, in 6 or 8 weeks.

The three from Maccy, assuming the old fella, Mitchell does play will be solid players. Good hard at it guys. Mitchell will kick 2 or 3 a week just sitting in the square. Give his opposition Back Pocket a headache from talking too much at the same time.

shane hurt his knee two weeks ago at training on a thursday night, he is waiting to find out the extent of the injury, it may just be a case of a quick clean out which would be 2 weeks out then back to full training, he has to wait for another scan i think.

Great photo in Saturday's Advertiser, page 6 & 7 full colour, the Maggies training in big numbers on the dried beaches of the river murray. Great to see the club playing their part in raising awareness of the disgusting state the murray is in.

It was interesting to hear that Encounter went for another player coach again this year anyway, considering they weren't happy with their last coach doing both and advised him not to play. What are the players thoughts on this Cuzzy?

Yeah apparently they offered to play for free if Arno would give Brad Thomson a game too but Arno declined

From the website it looks as though the Bays have lost Rankine, Heuskes with Cox and Sumner looking for new homes. Add to this the Love boys apparently being on the move. Arethe incomings capable of coveringh te experience of heuskes, the pace of rankine and the ability of either of the love boys if they do leave for the ramblers?

Who is I. Sumner btw? There are alot in the RMFL already.
