One thing I've always admired about the Roos and their fans is that they hate Hawthorn as much as us Catters. Then you lob with that Hawker avatar! It wasn't like that when I were a lad. ;)

yeah I know it's the Hackham Hawk.

ive gota say who ever that sack was that wrote about port will finish second on the ladder this year is a joke... fair enough if that what they think, but if they are really going to be a decent team and finish second, i don think that the draw should make any difference at all !

Well in the last 2 years the Roos have been 'wooden spoon' favourites before the seasons started...just goes to show how much people actually know about the team.

2007 - 4th

2008 - 7th (was 4th up until the end of Round 24)

Not disagreeing that the Roo's are underrated, but outside the top 2 teams you could make for/against cases for all, the majority of which will miss the 8.

Come on .... should I hang my hat on the Crows being minor premiers in 2005? 7th is 7th is 7th.

Also, few predicted them as wooden spooners last year (they did the year before, granted). Last year most predicted a slide and they were proven right (not as drastic as most predicted, but still a slide). 3rd to 7th.

I don't know why you are talking 2008 up after their performance in the last 2 games? I'm definitely not talking up the Crows' 2008. Our season went down a similar path.

Having said all that, I predicted them to finish 4th this year

Sorry the roos were drawn 6th with Sydney (and if sydney didnt have an extra player on the ground to draw with the roos during the season they wouldve finished 4th, got the double chance and won the GF) :D ;)

Jamieson. Sampson. What Guns! And nah, the draw makes no difference whatsoever to the final premiership placings. After all, it is completely fair and everyone plays everyone twice. LMAO chum.....................................................p. [-(
