Cootey and Toddy were great lads as well (not that the Willo's weren't), but there is a lot of merit in recruiting these types of blokes, country lads that fit in very nicely. Not too sure about Todd's movements, but Cootey is almost a certain departure he finds it hard to committ because of his work at the airport. Their biggest downfall was their constant obsession with Rocket Bar in Hindley St. If you guys read this I am am urging you to find a new hang out.

it would seem that way, but you also must take in to consideration 'senior colts' who are -1 and you also need to consider loop holes in the system. Not everything is always as it seems.

Goolwa have a snr colt that if he does not stay committed to South he will play A grade. The club would like to see him stay with South as he has had interest from higher levels. BJ can we expect to see Joel Garret play footbal in 09 or is cricket going to prevent him from playing?

Any truth to the rumour that Michael King is returning from Canberra to play for the Magpies?
Work contract runs out in our capital soon & is looking surprisingly fit, which was his biggest hinderance as a player at Goolwa

I know he loves the Eastlake FC up there, but there's nothing like home.
Teamwork, ur right he owes Goolwa a good season, but in his defence his performance was nulified by injuries & fitness/slackness/sickness(sick in the head)/and his love affair with doing disgusting things.

He is great mates with "Aggie" Thompson and with rumours he will be running around at Goolwa, i'm sure it'll be hard to dismiss a comeback from the great man. Imagine Thompson & King reunited on the footy field, the sledging and sickening antics would be worth the price of admission alone.

Eastlake have a pretty reasonable sort of Licenced club up their so I assume they would be generous with their player payments.

Still not worth going to Canberra and having the choice of 3 pubs to goto on a night out!

Kappars, not sure if true, but heard king has been approached by BAM to appear in his latest movie, king could find himself short on time and not able to fit in footy between the filming of his latest stunts.

It is enthralling viewing. Sickening stuff, but never the less, a great laugh.
There is even a segment involving "Aggie" Thompson performing some disgusting acts.
One part where he is filmed backing one out on the windscreen of a car in a busy city street, an a few other indecent acts. The scene following shows the young fella getting taken in the back of a paddy wagon. Fantastic!

Pretty sure none of those lads would venture back out to Callington, they are in the doldrums by thesounds of things anyway. LF, how many points for kingy, jeez that boy has played here there and everywhere. And produced little due to a poor fitness base. Having said that, after looking at his facebook photos he is a picture of health and almost unrecognisable.
