If I started an individual thread for Wicksey and Whiteman, you'd be on there saying what a waste of a thread. Seeing as though bayman's thread was for Paul Sherwood but didn't specificy this in the title, I thought it was easier to just put any other retired players on this thread.
And no, I don't necessarily think that if a player has played just 50 games the are GREAT (unless they played for Centrals) I mean, I thought Bamford, Wintle, Ivens, Ladhams and Motlop were just okay and they all played more than 50 games in the SANFL

As Jimmy said, to Sturt fans he was a great player for the club and I reckon North fans would have been happy for him to play out the same kind of career in a Roosters jumper, especially if it included being a premiership player
