Bayman, Chandler????? so sorry, he's all yours. Actually I am not sorry!

Coorong - who said anything about Chandler?

You may be the one off the mark about a couple of things there though...may want to revisit your sources on this one...or is attention being diverted?

Overheard this conversation in a supermarket queue today. The bloke behind me was holding a huge tub of Napisan and another bloke came up to him and asked him why he was buying such a large container of clothes soaker and he replied: "Now that Doug's gone, we don't have a laundry service so I've offered to do the washing using a machine under the grandstand at $2 per item."

Now, by my reckoning, that's 84 jumpers, 84 pairs of shorts and 84 pairs of socks. That's $504! This bloke's making a killing! Hope he doesn't soak the jumpers for too long or Westies will be running out in pink and grey.

I'll do it for $1.99 an item

The police.

Tony Antrobus and Damian Squire catch taxis too.

When will Joketon manage to flag a taxi down?

To put Brodie in the same box as Ravesi is a tad rich don't you think Mal?

Why because the victim's in one case decide to press charges where as the the victims in the other choose not too - doesn't make the other party any less guilty of a "wrong act"!

There is that worded to the satisfaction of the "moderators"?

Oh come now Dr E. Why are you wasting your time here? I'm sure there is a thread about Pokies somewhere that you could be posting in.

Nup checked - had my say on that as well. Boring when your team has bye coming up. No pre-match or post match vitriolic slaying and banter with the opposition supporters!

OK, here's the full story and its 100% true, I'll swear on anything.

In 1991 I purchased a red and white bomber jacket (you know the one's, they have leather sleeves), the club informed me it was in as they were available by pre-order only as they were quite pricey at that time, I went to pick it up at the club and they had to apologise profusely to me as a player had snaffled it, I found out later it was Brodie.
It all ended good, the club got another one in and I still occasionally wear my red and white bomber jacket and the many North supporters who purchased the unlimited cheaper maroon and white bomber jackets since then are still jealous.

There may be other stories about Brodie but I can vouch 100% for this one.
