North got Armfield, Glenelg got the Stringer brothers. I reckon the Bays came out best there 8)
But seriously, Armfield was a half decent player, good pickup by the cocks.

I still have a coaster signed by Michael Armfield, with the message "hope to see you at a Tigers game soon", or something like that

Always wondered how he ended up there.
He was in West's zone, played for Waikerie when he was recruited (which has a strong North connection through the Lehmanns).
North got Armfield
And Rob Gerard and J-Lo! Without a doubt those two should have their portraits in the club house for sorting out the pokies for North, which has allowed them to make significant improvements on the field.

Gerard Bennett was very good for us, one of the few loyal recruits we've had along with Matt Smith who isn't a star but has served us well. I always enjoyed watching Nathan Turvey from Hawthorn play as well.
Hi, My name is Ron 'Bluey' Dunn. Did you know I played in the 61 & 62 Tasman Premiership sides....

Couldn't argue with those names. Over the duration probably Gavin slightly ahead of the Hally and Linds.

In terms of guys from other local clubs would say Adam Grocke and Matt Cooper, both played a huge part in the 06 flag.
Trust the process.
