On that, how good are North? Last team to roll the Dogs in 2007 and 2008!
Hollow, however, when you don't make the finals.

Norwood this year ended a streak of going into an off season with a win. :(
2005 Rd23 def North at Adel Oval (game was virtually under water, costing roosters the double chance)
2006 Rd22 def Sturt at Adel Oval (Norwood with the bye in Rd23)
2007 Rd23 def South at Noarlunga

We are old hands at this wedgie, nothing new.

Another point of interest is that no team in the top 5 at the start of the finals series, finished in the same place they started! Norwood finished 5th, ended up 4th; Port vice versa; Centrals finished 3rd and went top; Sturt finished 2nd and ended up 3rd and Glenelg finished top and ended up 2nd!

Gentle nudge to mods - can the premiership table on the main page (and the goalkickers) be updated to reflect the final placings? I think the premiers deserve that honour in the least.

Crikey, surely we're not going to be criticised because we have a sense of humour! ;)
We have to find something to be happy about because we're so depressed we have a proper football ground as our home ground (not a playground) and don't have a supporter like SP gracing us with his presence every game. ;)

i knew that you were joking Wedgie, just having a joke back with you, you can have SP at anytime, i think footy chick is ready to sign up as a sturt fan, i have been annoying her enough at work to do it.
at least the surface of our playground is much better than at prospect. Prospect has good facilities but the ground is very average.

Not this year it wasn't. You must have closed your eyes when Sturt played at Prospect?
