Taking into consideration the massive scoring difference between the 2 teams across the minor round matches..Sturt kicked 636 points more

Was thinking a bit more about the score difference over the season, 636 points over 20 games means Sturt averaged just over 5 goals per game more (31.8 points) than the Eagles over the minor round, so statistically a 5 goal margin in the GF is probably about right in the end.

636 - 6+3 = 9 and 3+6 = 9...
Trust the process.

I remember when you use to be able to watch the Ressies on t.ve before the League GF. What pathetic coverage in Mondays Advertiser. i'd be very dissapointed if I were an Eagles/ Sturt supporter. how hard can it be to give a bit of a match review ? Piss weak Advertiser !!!!!

For the product that it is , the AFL gets far too much media ( hype ) at the expence of the SANFL . No way its that much more interesting or entertaining , given the vast attention they recieve ; its life blood is the TV . Give it one game a week on the ABC & see how they wouldnt cope !

If Bartlett was playing for the bays this year i have no doubt the bays would of smoked both of these sides.

Well if the Bays managed their players properly they might have had a few more hard players this year. I'm using Bartlett as an example - Under 17's B&F and back to back Under 19's B&F's....you would of thought he'd be playing league but the man couldn't even get a sniff in the ressies.
