Central District Football Club

Unless you support them, you hate them, but hell how good has this football club become, last decade they have been up there in the finals and then just seem to win premiership after premiership, this year, no where near as dominant as they have been until about 5 weeks out of the home and away season, then they lift the rate, as I said we love to hate them but they are something pretty awesome, well done once again to Roy Laird and his bunch of merry men, the CDFC surely now are up there with the likes of domination that Sturt and Port had back many years ago. I just sit here in awe and wish my side could do it

Completely agree with those sentiments Locky.
Definitely one of the great eras of SA Footy.
I'm gonna sit back, crack the top off a Pale Ale, and watch the Double Blues prevail

Too many Tigers went missing on the biggest game of their careers.

Great effort by the Dogs. Super effort.

The Gowans excellent. Callinan good. Williams good down back. Mckenzie great on ball. Their midfield destroyed the Tigers.

Thought Kirk, Panozzo and Sherwood were decent for the Tigers. Bode as well.

I cannot say anything without repeating what others have said about this Central District era - you want to win a flag? You have to beat the Bulldogs. I wonder where that caller (who was complaining about the coaching staff after that Woodville Oval match in Round 13) is now? One stat I can give, is that Centrals lowest winning margin in Grand Finals is 22 points in 2000, and the other flag to be decided by less than 5 goals is the 2005 GF - 28 points.

Yep, Congrats to the Doggies.

With all this talk about Jars going to an AFL club, not much has been mentioned of Laird. Does he want to go to an AFL club? He should be in the sights of any AFL coaching scouts IMO especially after the success of Clarkson.

Honestly, it's a joke. How predictable has it become? How PATHETIC was Glenelg's tackling today?

Another GF where I've left early. And this Dogs supporting kid who was probably about 7 was perhaps the most annoying supporter I've come across. Yes, 7.
