Congratulations to the Hawthorn Football Club and in particular Clarko, Dewy and Brent. Now let's just hear a similar version of that club song ring out next Sunday!

Yep, same here...struth do I bring up 95 every time I mention Grand Finals ? History people...move on please...

The only thing I didn't like about the Hawks winning, is Clarkson winning a medal...Can't stand that gutless prick....

I think the true definition of gutless is going down by 20 goals in a GF.Yeah,it is history, and it will never go away.

yeah it was sad to see him like that at the end of the game, he along with all 44 players today, put in 110%.

I know this is a 'Hawthorn 2008 premiers' so sorry to go off topic !!

But just thinking of Ablett.

What a roller coaster he's been on this week and no wonder he was extra emotional..... Missing the brownlow by not much and then missing out in a premiership.... after giving it all, all season and missing a few games to injury.

He's such a quality player... if he keeps it up he should win a brownlow you'd think.

Anyway...

Well done Hawthorn... I think they've got some young talent still to unfold also... just look at Rioli !! :D

O:)

Just something going back a few years ago from when he played footy Locky....Haven't liked him since a certain incident when
he king hit a Carlton bloke from behind, then ran like a gutless weaner as Carlton blokes remonstrated....

Moving on is a pretty good quality jabber, one I thout you had  . Must have been a bad one? I know Clarko reasonably well from his days at Centrals and nothing would stand between him and something he wanted so I am not surprised if he left some casualties in his wake. Nothing would get between him and a premiership in the AFL, well done to him, I recall meeting him in pre-season 2001 on an underage camp at Centrals when he was first appointed - there was something that said he was going places and you either got on the train or missed it. Well done to him and Hawthorn, I dips me lid to him.

Congrats Hawks. Geelong had too many passenegers in the last half. Ablett can hold his head high , but not many others. When the game was there to be won they went missing...Hawks intensity astounded me, Cats lack of intensity astounded me too...
