If he nominates it will be a joke anyway, he cant play. I saw him play against Port this year, 2 kicks, a few hit outs and 1 goal.
Phil Smyth is shopping him around with both the Crows and the Power and i believe he is very over rated....

I believe Jordan has been invited to the AFL State Screenings later next month (I think) so there must be some kind of interest in him. I've seen him play 3 or 4 times this year and yes, he is very raw but blokes his size are rare as hens teeth and I have no doubt he will get better with more experience. AFL draftee this year, probably not, but next season with a year of improved league footy under his belt, maybe ?

He has been invited, but he is nowhere near it..... Would need a massive pre season and find some sort of speed or agility to be looked at seriously next year and that sort of thing doesnt just develop.

Well I guess Phil is still looking for another job, i am not sure Jordan Dodman is going to bring in enough cash for him to live off though....
He'd be better off talking to Lewis Johston. This kids seems to have alot of potential although he still has a question mark over his work rate in my opinion.

Off topic, but if the SUPER DOOPER Aussie Basketball League or Competition takes off, I reakon Phil (not Big) will be a chance to be the coach of one of the new teams.

Then again, I'm enjoying his work in Saturday arvo's on 5AA. All we need now is for Phil (not Herden) to get Brian Borejan on and give him some lip about being a hack coach of the Aussie side.
Is 2009 the year of the Tiger?

I am not sure Phil Smyth would be good in coaching basketball again. He refused to develop any players, and his lack of interest in players in SA whilst coaching Adelaide was unforgivable.
Let go Newley, Hill, Ingles,Foreman, Dragons captain from last year (cant remember his name)

You gotta be kiddin.. Phil Smythe talking to anyone about how to coach the National Team.I think he would leave that well and truly alone don't you?

Phil had the only government backed team in the league for years .Kevin Foley rightly stopped the cheques to Basketball SA every 6 months to bail them out for poorly running the team and Phils Mr cool sitting on the bench career went down the gurgler at the same time strangely.
