Can either side beat centrals, I think not.

On their day, either side CAN quite easily beat Centrals and have done so earlier in the year...

But we all know finals are a definate different kettle of fish when it comes to playing the Dogs.

They have proven they are the side to beat IMO and I look forward to seeing two great sides, easily the 2 most consistant teams in the minor round, go head to head on the weekend for the chance to take it up to Centrals.

Bring it on !!

Not sure I want to know why you are googling "love handles"
Let that be a lesson to you Port, no one beats the Bays five times in a row in a GF and gets away with it!!!

Hmm, amazing what a loss does! It has almost even made TB deadly silent this week after weeks of his inane ramblings as he drove the out of control Bays Band Wagon!

My $0.02 on this game.

Two evenly matched sides, the TEAM that most "wants" this game will win it.

In line for the 2008 Captain Obvious award I know but these are sides of equal abilities, strengths and playing styles, so the TEAM that is most desperate and willing to do the 1%ers to get victory is the side that will get an oportunity to play a rested and motivated Dogs outfit in 9 days time....

C'mon Bays show me you are that TEAM

Ah, even when I'm not posting, I'm finding a way to get a mention from my North pals...

I think you'll find I haven't posted much in the past few weeks Drebin (pre loss to Centrals), but don't let that get in the way of your new theories...

Think the Bays injuries may hurt them, I expect Sturt to win this by less than 4 goals in front of 14254

The Bays look very good indeed on paper. Don't know for sure if Sherwood, Rudolph and Murphy are fully fit, but they're named so we'll go with that.

If we're up to it and really want to win, I think the Bays will take the points in a close one.

Agreed. Sturt might be exhausted once they make it to the GF after 4 tough games in a week. As for the Bays, they looked as bad as North did when we played against the Dogs in finals/last year's GF in the past couple of years, they would need the Dogs to have a bad day to be able to beat them.

If Sturt win the Prelim I'd say we will go on to win the GF barring injuries, we did it in '02 and we can do it in '08 there's no difference and I think we have a better team this year. There's unfinished business at the club in my opinion. There's only one team that can take it to the Dogs and that's....
