Whilst Glenelg is no where near successful and no one factor can be put down to our recent improvement it interesting to note their was a massive board clear out in late 2005.

A lot of dead wood and not so dead wood was got rid of.
Let that be a lesson to you Port, no one beats the Bays five times in a row in a GF and gets away with it!!!

for whatever reason south got rid of a coach that got them into finals & a player that kicked 55 goals in the same year & then the 'jack cahill' episode this year, yes i know the bays are nowhere near perfect either
i thought secret groups were a thing of the past, well not on websites anyway
