Adam Cooney and who ?

Bernie Smith and Mark Riccuito are the other two.

And none of them were a lot of help to Westies, except for Smith.

How come it took a Brownlow medal for Cooney to get recognition for growing up in SA? :?

Lokk mate, stop being a smart arse. I know the history of the game, and don't need the likes of you telling me what I should read. My point is that okay, these guys played for West Adelaide at some stage. Big deal. When they won their Brownlows they WEREN'T playing for West Adelaide, and were giving West Adelaide nothing. Cooney isn't a West Adelaide "champion", he's a Western Bulldogs player. Work it out will you? I'm tired of having to explain my opinions to people on this forum.

Did the fact that Norwood have two former players who were AFL captains in 2008 help us in any way? No, it didn't. They play for Collingwood and Geelong now, not Norwood. Okay? Got it? Now give your links to people who really do need to be educated in football and stop wasting my time.

Mate -- Dogwatcher asked for information and I responded to his request for information --- nothing more -- You then came in with the question and zoo suggestion totaly separate to Dogwatcher original request which I responded to.

It would seem to be a question of who is actualy wasting whose time.

Oh pull your head in. Firstly the post with the link wasn't directed at you so there's no need to feel that your superior knowledge of the game's history has been insulted and secondly, the original point wasn't about how much service these players gave West but simply the observation that the club has now produced 3 Brownlow medallists, which, given a lot of what gets posted on here, I think is sufficiently interesting to point out.

It's his opinion bundy. You don't have to agree with it, but you have to allow him to have it.

Agreed Smac he is entitled to his opinion and my opinion is that AH is the DH of 2008 whos superior knowledge of all football means that we shouldn't post anything that he may already know but some 'inferior' person may like to know. Sorry AH but just because you know everything doesn't mean that some of us 'dumb' posters don't mind being pointed in the right direction for some information. I will try not to waste anymore of your time.
