I'm a bit surprised Thompson got dropped.
Thought he had at least 1 more left in him.

Brisbane dropped Hayden Kiel and Wayde Mills today.
Both duds. Good riddance.

Thompson has been a fantastic servant, player, leader, role model at the NMFC.

Probably had one more year in him, but with the Roos sights on a flag in 2-4 years time they want to further develop their squad, Hale kicking 8 against the best defence in teh land late in the year probably didnt help him either...

I see Chris Schmidt has been delisted by Brisbane.

Never seen him play but i have heard he has birdman like qualities.

Being only 19 and a West Adelaide jnr, would the crows consider him an option ??

may be a handy late pick up or possibly a rookie list option ??

In the Advertiser's club reviews it said Pendlebury was gone from Collingwood and Wells from the Kangas. Can't believe the former, and thought the latter would have been pretty big news if it was true.

Hope so he may need another year to develop and i would love to see that happen in the red and black.
