Their supporters invading the pitch when they were 19 points p didn't help either, those Sturt supporters must be feeling terrible and rightly so.

Who cares about the result? At least people got to run onto the ground during the match, and that's far more important than any silly old football game.

What the hell were Sturt doing at the end? Flooding when you are losing with a few minutes to go? Why didn't they just man up and put some pressure on?

Another great finals performance by Centrals though.

Wow. Was not expecting that result. Well done Dogs. My heart is still going at a 100 miles per hour.

It's much harder to listen to a close game that it is to watch.

When we talk Fos Williams/Jack Oatey/Johnny Cahill/Neil Kerley as some the greatest ever coaches, surely we must mention Roy Laird now

For all the criticisms we received for losing to Central during the 2000 to 2006 2nd Semi period, the thread that hondo started, and todays performance says to me that Centrals winning has been the factor this decade and not us losing to them.

This decade against all clubs in finals:
Eagles: 8-1
North: 3-0
Port: 2-0
Sturt: 2-1
West: 2-0

Glenelg will have their work cut out next week to go past them.

I was just thinking that. Kinda putting your head in the lions mouth considering who Norwood are playing next week.
It's all the SANFL's fault.
