Great news CD. Let's make sure we have as many eags supporters at Alberton this Sunday as possible. How sweet a scenario is this with a win we can knock the wharfies out of the top 5.

GO THE MIGHTY EAGLES !!!

So who will come in and who will go out Wright should be an out after injuring his shoulder against Norwood.

Eagles need to play a lot better than the last time they played at Alberton. And Eagles need to play for four quarters not 3

Does this mean that we're the underdogs again this week?

Umm yes it does

They found out who their daddies were yesterday arvo

..and well done for knocking their ill found confidence back down to their usual level.
PS I'd like a repost, or at least a link to the famous daydream of a bays fan inside the alberton clubrooms looking at the silverware. The reaction to the port fan's comments was most amusing. :D

The fix is in!

Mothballs for the Legs...

reckon that should be the plan, 10-10 each make it look like half a contest, no injuries, thrash it out for real the week after, give those whingeing redleg supporters something to cry about for another summer...

what is a redleg by the way????

That is, if Norwood lose to Glenelg. Who would Norwood rather face? Who would Glenelg rather have out of the five?

Wont matter to Norwood as we have lost to both teams in our last encounters. Norwood would have to improve greatly to win the Elimination final against either side.
I'd say Glenelg would rather Port in the 5 seeing they brushed them aside last week.

The important thing with the big names is if they are going to play with the same passion as those that are already in there.

I meant whoever it was going to be in there. But if those are the players you are talking about, they should be eager to do well, particularly Fiacchi who has only played two league matches in the past three seasons due to knee injuries.

R.Fiacchi has been tearing it up in the two's the last few weeks .And the mid field forward line will be happy that treebs is back .
If cica does make it in he will be champing at the bit to get on the track

I can't believe Hargraves is still getting a game, i'd like to know his scores in the last 6 weeks if anyone has that available.

No worries, I presume the player out is Wright, and three players are in the squad 23 as you said - Cicolella, Treeby and R.Fiacchi.
