I remember Football Times having Glenelg as favourites but I was dancing for joy as soon as they knocked off the Pies in that Prelim. Sigh. I know...the 80's are over. Like many Norwood fans I was so much happier there!

I don't want to seem ingracious, but I watched the PF where Glenelg and Port Adelaide kocked each other senseless. How could any team have been favourites other than Norwood? I know it was an act of over-confidence, but we were celebrating the premiership on the way TO the ground.

I think at first he thought the game was always going to be on Sunday so was wondering the point of the fax. I think in the end he completely missed the point and just confused himself.

Thats ok AH, Centrals fans have been doing this for the last 8 years.

Back on topic. We dont want to be the finals easybeats, I'm hoping for an improved effort and some key defenders back in the side. We really missed Duigan, Kite and Davis last week.

What did I miss?

Anyway, Bays to win. And I look forward to actually watching Norwood play for once this year. Have missed the other games.

At least Bayman doesn't have to SMS scores to me this time.

As we are playing Norwood, does that mean that it's mine and Pseudo's Birthday?

Well it's fathers day, so close enough.

I still reckon instead of Mini-League, there should be a Father vs Kids game of footy at Half Time. A bit late to organise now, but I am sure that it would be good fun.

Hopefully Macca tears em up in the 2s this week and earns his spot back in the 1s.

Serious question, who would you drop if there is no injuries/reports and he does well in the ressies?

Serious answer...you'd have to say that it would be last in - first out so unfortunately for Gus Lally, I think he would be the one to make way...despite the fact he deserves a spot in our league side...

Still, if Macca doesn't have a big game, he may be gunning for a Premiership in the 2s and not the 1s...pretty handy bloke to have at your disposal come selection time though...

Cheers, Lally has impressed me at times and he'd be unlucky.

PS Glenelg to choke to North in the ressies GF by 1 point again.

Good Luck to my mate Joel Coombes! Has to play IMHO! Reads the play as good as anyone at Norwood, is fast, fit, aggressive(sadly in short supply at Norwood) and can play forward or back. Only 20 so this guy is definitely a star of the future at Norwood.

So many players have a lot to play for in this match, (a few AFL and injured players back next week) I reckon we'll give the Bays a real shake, probably surprise a few!
