For the life of me I have no idea how winning an under 17 premiership with players who should be in a higher grade help the long term sucess of the club or the individuals.
Johnston and Armstrong should be the key to this game.

So we are not allowed to play our eligible U17's in the U17's now because one, two or three of them are destined for bigger and better futures??? .

As it is there are about 6 players in the ressies who could have dropped back as well so it is hardly loading up the team!

I thought junior grades were about developing players and by playing kids down who are clearly good enough to be playing higher grades just to increase the chances of winning the flag is not the spirit of the game.
The dissapointing thing is North would have a good team without these guys and it would have been a great acheivement for those lads to beat Port and Sturt.

I was absolutely dominated... First time i stood him he was extremely lazy, and we got up by a point...
having a few hawthorn scouts in the crowd may have made him push himself around a bit
