He is from Melbourne where his last position was as CEO of a Metropolitin league. He spoke very well in putting Westies case with regard to Rucci's journalism (or lack of it).

His support of Damien Cupido was also as unequivocal.

Hey, you are entitled to your opinion, and at times I can kind of agree with you there mate...

BUT...

It is great for SANFL fans that the league is getting more media coverage than in years gone by...

I agree it gets stretched out probably half hour too much...

Anyway, it's on now with Paul Blandis and Grant Coffee...

Tonight's guests are as follows...

Chris Gowans from Centrals
Adam Fisher from Glenelg
Rick Macgowan from Sturt
Trevor Hill from Norwood

Looking forward to listening GC, he was one of my favourite players from Centrals...

Holden,

Just so we don't all get the misconception that you are a bitter and twisted green, gold and blue termite, can you let us know ... is there anything in the SANFL you actually like?

Just spoke to Chris Gowans and he mentioned that he and James have just started building their own houses here in Adelaide and are looking to settle down here. Without actually saying it, he eluded to the fact that it is very likely they will be running around for the Dogs again next year as long as they feel their bodies hold up and that Roy Laird and Kris Grant actually want them to stay !!?? Great news for Doggies fans...

I used to be very critical of the RPH show, but I like their format this year. I also have to say that I think Paul Blandis seems to have cut out a lot of the annoying crap he used to go on with and is a lot better to listen to. I also heard him on a game DVD recently and thought the same, that he did a good job.

I think RPH do a great job (as do LifeFM)...I can get far more info and interviews for the Footy team I support from the other side of the planet than I've ever been able to get for my rugby team here in Europe.

Simple...if you don't like them then don't listen.

Poor bloke doesn't have the gift of a good name does he.

Fictitious scenario:

Someone: "How would you describe his commentary?"

Someone else: "I think it is Bland".

Someone again: "No son, I think his name is Blandis".
