We should only have a top 4 not 5, what do you all thing regarding 5 teams playing in the finals or should it be the top 4?

It should go back to a 4 team finals, there is not one positive thing about having a top 5 that comes to mind, except the measly few bucks that one extra game between 4th & 5th will generate, all it does is prolong the agony of 1 club for 1 extra week.

On another note, what is the progress of another team entering the SANFL in the coming next couple of seasons
I wish my remembering was as good as my forgetting

Well, the first edition of Finals Combinations 2008 has resulted in combination numbers five through to eight forming the basis of the second part of this exercise. There are nine combinations in all, and none can be altered through percentage:

They did that a few years back and Sturt finished 5th and it was crap as we had been playing good footy going into the finals so i say keep the 5 for ever!

They did it in 2003 when Sturt finished 4th and PORT finished 5th which is why it went back to the top 5, then Port finished 6th.
