Bit of a toss up really. South's record at Woodville is very mediocre, which would tip the scales the Eagles way you would have thought.

Only 5 or 6 weeks ago South lead the Eagles by 4+ goals 10 min into the last Q and managed to lose by a couple.

Their talls always seem to cause a bit of trouble, but i think we're every chance.

Will J. Wright be fronting for the Eagles? How's his form in the 2s been?

Any chance of young ruckman Jonathon Lee getting a game this week , seeing Daniel Roberts had another unmemorable one . 2 kicks 3 handballs 5 hitouts . Not up to it once again , so come on Ron drop one of your pets & see if the lad has something or hes off back to Victoria for sure ! With maybe Biglands & or Jacobs back next year we must see the boy play , we have watched Roberts masquerading as a league footballer for too long with no improvement . People rave on about youth promotion re Fuller , well lets see it then ! Best on ground in the b grade against a good Sturt side , nows the time .

Hill looked good IMHO Holden and sturt fired him up .My lad thought Lee was not as good this week .Couch came back in and did some good things .Hicks was on and off.Young Redden injured his leg .How Symmons and Fiacchi come up each week in the two's carrying leg/knee injuries is beyond me .
But IMHO the Eagles still lack a quality crumbing forward .The juniors are good but they are only kids .
That and a FF who can kick a bagfull and not BE or GET injured all the time!!!

I think we can add another name to our growing list of scalps in this one.
We should have a couple of useful ins to go with our "creche'"of youngsters who are going great guns at the moment. 8)

Panthers have an appalling record at Woodville, so if there is ever a time to win one its now I suppose! :?

In the past 5 years, I would never have even stopped to consider the winner in this one...now I'm not so sure...

South COULD win, but I'll tip the Eagles by 19 points.

Weather could be ugly which may favour the Eags. South have pushed us recently at Oval Ave - a big danger game. Lose this and season is definitely over (for both teams).

Well Holden 78 will not be happy Lee still in the two's. And one of Holdens favourite players is back in the two's

Not a bad side if the weather was better I might have been tempted to have Hill on the bench and Pinch hit him at CHF.

And Petrenko didn't so should line up for us. That could be a pretty important. Looking forward to watching two young sides slog it out tomorrow. Both teams have juniors who have talent and look like they want to play for the jumper so will be an interesting contest.

I reckon Grocke in for Hentschel might be the only change. Perhaps Symmons, if he is fit, will come in for one of the young players, although Wright is named on the field so that is usually an indication they plan to play him.

Parry is the key to this game I reckon. His presence in ruck and up forward gives the Panthers a huge lift. If Dabrowski can play the way he did last week, that should limit Parry's effect and the Eagles should be able to get the points.
