Sometimes history does repeat.

You're right lets repeat the history that occured the first time our clubs met in a GF...
Let that be a lesson to you Port, no one beats the Bays five times in a row in a GF and gets away with it!!!

With his attitude on saturday i hope the power take him back, we don't need players who don't want to play at the moment.

Perhaps the SANFL Maggies should play him in the reserves until he gets the message?

Maybe a good thing I'm not a selector by the sounds of this morning's Tiser

Crows & Power still leave out Johncock & Burgoyne.
I honestly thought Stiffy would be re-called by the Crows, a shock  non selection, i wonder whether Craigy's decision made Choco's alot easier ( Burgoyne )?
I would say if Burgoyne was selected for Power it would of opened up a can of worms & Choco would cop heaps of flack.
I know i would of given it!

JAS is normally quick to post it but I just noticed Norwood's side on their website for this game against the Maggies...

FF: Walker Vlatko Puopolo
HF: Donohue Rowe Jericho
C: Bartemucci Weatherald Kite
HB:Davis Bown Duigan
FB: Dawes Zorzi Jackman

RUCK: Doyle Gallagher Phillips

BENCH: (from) Cockshell Culpitt Alwan Tyrrell Speight

INS:
Tyrrell
Doyle
Alwan
Speight
Jericho

OUTS:
M.Thomas (injured)
Aish (ommitted)
McDonnell (ommitted)

RESERVES - Skinner, Webber, Brunoli, Schoenmakers, Aish, Fuller, Kirwan, C.Holm, McDonnell, Coombes, B.Thomas, Stopp, Schulz, DeJongh, R.Holm, Littler, McLean, Jefferies, Rossi, Keain

Not a bad looking side with a couple of handy ins. Should be a cracker game between two traditional arch rivals. Really not sure which way to go with a tip but seeing so the Magpies are retaining Johncock and P.Burgoyne, I'll tip Port by 4 goals.

What were the powers that be thinking in programming this clash up against a live telecast of Port Power vs St Kilda? Probably the biggest game between these two clubs for a long time and half the crowd will only come out to watch in the ad breaks...

Apologies for the ignorance, but JAS, how's Luke Nitschke been going for your lot?

I see he's currently injured, though.

Sorry I'm probably not the best person to ask...better off putting that to someone who can actually see the guys play...but if you like I can pose the question for ya on the Legs forum...unless C_P or NFC or someone wants to jump in and answer.
