Would many stay on for the AFL game ?
I'd have thought the friends and family of the winners would be off somewhere to celebrate and the losers to lick their wounds.

Good luck Norwood

If the SANFL don't have any to give away, the Power will. 25,000 of them.

Dogs won by 10 points in a low scoring game. Well played lads!

I believe this Norwood side had not lost a game right through U13s, U14s and U15s development footy until today - the win today by the lads gives them great belief in the system the club is teaching them and looks great for the future of the club.

Go you dogs!

Great work by all the 22 players that played for the CDFC today. Not only were you guys a credit to the Centrals District Football but you guys were a credit to yourselves !!!

Congrats to Norwood. Norwoood have been the bench mark this year and because to the high standard this Norwood had set, it did make the Doggies lift their own standards to match the Redlegs. At the end of the day, this shows us all why the SANFL is such a great and healthy competition from Development squads right thru to 17's 19's, ressies and league.

If it ain't broke don't touch it !!!

Congratulations to Bob Zerralla for the insight he had to warrant establishing the CDFC Football Academy this year. I sincerely hope that today was a start of the rewards this club will see over the next few years thanks to your passion, commitment and support to our under age system.

I guess SMAC was also right in a previous post, there was a hell of a lot more to this team than the Academy !!

Go U Doggies !!

CONGRATULATIONS TO THE BOYS...

Well done on the win, thoroughly deserved by the sounds of it. Was planning to go, to also see my nephew Jake play, but had my social golf up in Galwer this morning and was on about the 11th when they started down at AAMI stadium...

Any finals scores, better players, goal kicker details from the game gentleman ???

GO U/15's DOGGIES...

Anyone know if there's pictures of the tournament available online? I saw some pro bloke taking snaps the entire carnival.

Yep. Go to www.sportsinfocus.com.au and enter the site. Log in with the password u15champs and that will guide you through the photos they have for the comp. Some have now expired and are no longer available.

The very last photo in the metro grand final set show a very good looking bloke getting his medal...
