So MAL has been 100% accurate on every single rumor he has ever started up has he Dutchy ???
One would think that based on record alone, Roy Laird would be the safest coach in the league and no amount of innuendo, uneducated talkback caller or some bloody "coup" would have enough credence to off load a 4 time premiership coach. Unless he left to take up an AFL assistant role, I think Roy Laird would have the full Backing and support from Kris Grant and the Board of Directors 110% of the way to be the League coach of our great club for as long as he wants the position.
Even if MAL has a history of being close to mark on previous calls, this one will prove to be the furthest from the truth...
Thanks Dutchy for belief in me
BUT
This possible propaganda is speculative and based almost on that solitary phone call.
I have talked to 2 of my CD connections
One said it was innuendo
The other has heard a mumur but could not put any credence into this speculation
The only threat of Laird leaving is if he perhaps pursues his job [in real estate ?] more
The BAYMAN theory of the Hadden fan club could be on the ball
BIG PHIL I would agree with you as well on face value
As for my opening post
I had thought about the authenticity of my post
Hence the last sentence of the post

Roy a low profile footballer in his time is a great coach + would not deserve a coup
