I think Salter is very unlucky. I thought he was one of the better players last week when used both in defence and attack.

As for the others, Fitzgerald has been very good this year, but his last month hasn't been the best. I would hope he'll bounce back soon, because overall he has had a great year and has proven he can make it at SANFL level as a small forward. A run in the reserves might be good for him.

Wright I haven't seen enough of to really know, but from what I've seen at South and so far at the Eagles, he has some major flaws in his game. He has the body size and footy smarts, but needs to spend some time watching the way Powell and Treeby attack the ball and do the same to become a good league player.

Schwarze isn't unlucky to be playing reserves. His second efforts are almost non-existent. He's one of those who when good, is very good, but when bad is diabolical.

I agree with your post aerie .
Interesting to note the Eagles second highest Goal scorer for the year is dropped this week.And its not salter .I hope the inclusions can score goals .
Not going to run the Coaching staff down for trying new stuff.
