Besides he doesn't go in hard, he doesn't chase hard and his skills let him down...

Sojourner has some good points.

Sojourner wrote: alternatively if they are not prepared to extend the contract then maybe they should let him go if there is not a 100% commitment on the table to him in the plans for the next seasons.

Was thinking very much along the lines of what you are suggesting Sojourner .But not the keeping part
The other issue that the Eagles need to give some consideration to is membership and boosting that figure by playing a country match in their zone and doing more to connect with their recruiting base in order to boost the senior side going forward into the upcomming seasons.

Many of the younger Eagles players are Country lads Goldsworthy being the first name to jump at me .
Is that why South trained Thursday night at happy valley I think it was ?

He did some good thing and some bad yesterday but he was not alone Aerie.I really think the major setback was when Mackenzie went back as kenny mac went off injured .
That deprived something from the midfield hence loss of drive.
Cica tried hard but is a shadow of his former self and why play him straight back in .As three weeks earlier he looked shocking in the two's.

SURELY WITH THE PLAYERS IN THE TWO TEAMS YESTERDAY THE CLUB CAN PICK A TEAM THAT CAN WIN AGAINST WEST!!!

I did not wish to write this(but hell I will)!!
Perhaps a caretaker coach who is an assistant at present and not anyones first choice as coach should be given the reins .
And his first name is not Shane shoot that down in flames but when the side is losing he looks to be the only one UPSET!!!

good riddance i say, you mob offer nothing in terms of crowd or atmosphere during the finals. West, South and the Eagles could get all their fans at the finals in a small bus. This is a dream result for the SANFL! As for Ron Fuller he has been a very good coach and handles himself in a very professional manor. Never heard Ron sound arrogant and never looks for the limelight unlike Andrew Jarman. North could do worse at the end of the season than to look at someone like Rotten Ron to take over the reigns. Is Graham Campbell's son still involved at Woodville? If so would he be any chance?

As for the crowds you can thank the sanfl in 64 for that, Torrens were big crowd pullers until they stuffed us up .

I to have noticed a pattern of posters going the sledge yet not being willing to name there own side in their profile. If people are to gutless to support their colours in public then what does that really suggest about the content of their posts?
