Big Phil - please stop trying to get threads off topic. I cannot see how this is a comment on West vs Glenelg.

Got there just after the start of the second half, and listening to the score on the radio, nearly chocked on my steering wheel.

However the Bays must have heard I was in da house as they piled on 3 quick goals just as I strolled into Richmond

The game sounded like it opened up a fair bit compared to the first half, and to their credit Westies looked alright when they
went forward. Problem was it wasn't that often.

Glenelg seemed to mop up down back with ease, and the amount of times we had a loose defender in Blocky, Pannoz or Forrest
down there, showed how West were pushing up the ground in an attempt to stem the tide.

Another workmanlike performance by the Bays, and we need to follow up again against South who sounded like they were woeful
against Sturt.

Poor crowd, but guess that happens when it's the top team vs the bottom team. Kudo's to the BBQ staff too. Best steak sangers
in the land !!
The joy of being on the hill drinking beer cannot be understated

Mate, don't be so pedantic...

Every single topic on here, at some stage, slightly gets off track, by numerous posters, probably yourself included at some stage in the past :?

You can't tell me that Blacky and Pat Pirate's posts were not on the topic as well, are you going to ask them to keep it on track

Valid point, Big Phil, and I take that all under advisement, but I guess that Blacky and Pat Pirate are West and Glenelg supporters posting on a West/ Glenelg thread, so my view of them thread hijacking is more diminished.

Now please don't take it the wrong way, of course everyone should be able to post on every thread, but there seems to be a common denominator chastising others at every opportunity.   :D :)

Valid points yourself maxyyoz, but I don't know that there is too much "chastising" going on, more so a bit of friendly banter, hence the  attached to my posts at least. Now I can't speak in that same regard on behalf of other posters mate, but appropriately, when the posts do become inappropriate, or "chastisable" (is that a word !!?? ) the wonderful moderators of this great site, deal with them accordingly.

I, myself, have experienced this "dealing with" by the mods and have received many a PM for my inappropriateness (as have many others no doubt) from which I have learnt to tone it down a bit, so I guess we let bygones be bygones and just get on with viewing our thoughts and opinions of our great competition, with the odd bit of friendly banter thrown in along the way

Cheers Mate,

Big Phil... :D

Brent,

I agree with your points mate (especially the highlighted one) but probably not the first one, wouldn't mind the Bays dropping a couple games here and there, maybe starting this week
