For the third time today, Jars will survive another week if he lasts to next week, after next week.

Surely this playing group is better than the recent results we have been getting.

the last two weeks we have been utterly pumped. The Bays are a great side this year, but are Norwood really that much beeter then North.

Maybe the players are trying to say something. I don't know, but they cretainly seem to lack confidence, direction and a passion to win at the moment. ??

Fair dinkum that's not the first time you've said this today. Look, I know we aren't Glenelg but we've played some decent footy in the last few weeks. Is it too much to give the Legs some credit? It's not just you but every week lately there has been a sly dig at the Legs by some posters, some of who are at the same time pumping up the Port bandwagon and they are 5-8!

Legs is the word. Let's spread the word!

Sorry REB, I wasn't have a go at Norwood at all, and it wasn't meant as a dig at your club, sly or otherwise. My point was that it sounds like Norwood absolutely pumped North today and I guess what I was trying to say is that North, on paper, are a better side then they seem to be playing these days.

As for giving credit to Norwood, sure thing. It sounded like they had the right attitude and made the most of the conditions. Reading from the Roost, Norwood were hard at the tackle, quicker when they had the ball and and hungrier when they didn't.

I know you don't know me, but one thing I can tell you, I don't bag other clubs just because they beat North. Not really my style.

Just a general observation there jonnie. Even your comment about wanting Port to lose rather than the Dogs is sort of what I'm on about. Port only have to have a sniff of good form and the old Magpie myth gets resurrected one more time but the Legs have been in better form in recent rounds despite a flogging against the Yabs. Can't wait till we play the Pies. If we win by five points it will because Port didn't kick straight, The sun rose in the West, Tim Chinever forgot to consult his astrologist......

It could be a case of each coach next week playing for a contract for next season. Will Ron or Andrew get a gig at the same club next year ?
Will the board from each club make its own mind up ?Will both boards be influenced by members ? Will one fall on a sword at the end of the year?
Who will be the winning coach ?Will Andrews winning streak against Ron continue? Will Ron play Groecke in the league side ? Will Ron have a plan B?
Will Andrew flood his players into the Eagles forward line? Will Schwarze charge another backman? Will any player who got reported in todays SANFL get games. Will Gill, Macgregor,Hentschel get called back into the crows? So many questions and no answers
For next installment buy a ticket at Prospect oval next Saturday

FFS  . REB, that wasn't my point at all. It was pure mathematics. If Port had won they would be 2 points better off. As it is Norwood have put distance between their closest table rival in North and their next closest table rival in Port. My post had absolutely f$%k all to do with Port's mystical reverence or anything else.

No we're not, we were, but the past few weeks has been no better than '03, can't even see where we'd get one of the 2 draws we got in '03 at the moment.

Jarman WAS great for the club when he took over in '04, he has taken this playing group as far as he will, his over inflated ego worked wonders when North were on the way up, now it's just causing more damage to the good work he had done 04-07 than can possibly be undone in another year.

He needs to bite his pride and go now, not soon, not at the end of the year, but RIGHT NOW.

Will Rons players play to win for themselves? Will Jars players play to win for themselves? Will both teams play to lose and end up drawing? Will our supporters turn up in light of it being a TV match? Will Wedgie be presented another 6 pack of donuts by cd? These and endless more questions will be answered next Saturday. ;)
