Ive got an idea, get rid of North and Norwood and have a new team at Tea Tree Gully.
Fixes the problems of getting rid of a couple of underachieving sides and getting rid of the bye at the same time.

Perhaps we could solve everybody's problem!
North and Norwood could merge and take over the collapsing second AFL licence from the "Power" making room for TTG?!

I didn't say anything about merging, just get rid of them.
Teams shouldn't hang in there when they take the league backwards, its a pity some other clubs that were doing it 20 years ago never realise that.
