I don't think it's appropriate that we forfeit SturtPeter.
There's a bye after this game that we can all have a week off for! :partyman:
We'll take it up to them on Saturday with whomever is in the 21! :-k
Failure is only the opportunity to begin again more intelligently.

Glenelg will start favourites in this one, make no mistake.

They will have a distinct advantage in the ruck with Sturt missing both senior ruckman in Feast and DeLuca to injury and Power call up respectively. There are also no guarantees Kurtze will play due to Uni exams. That being said, the Bays proved against Central last weekend that you can concede the hitouts (CDFC had more) and still win the game of footy.

As a Sturt supporter I am excited about this game. Sure, we are likely to be a little unsettled through injuries but it is a great chance for the coaching staff and players to test themselves against the form side in the competition. Some players will be required to be more flexible in where they play and Rick and his assistants will be forced to come up with rotations that usually aren't necessary.

As I said, with up to five or six changes it will be a huge challenge for the Blues but if they can go down to Brighton Rd and win, or at the least push Glenelg all the way, it will be a psychological boost come finals time which is really what counts.

Go the Mighty Double Blues.

Still not having seen Sturt's line-up, bays by 3-4 goals but I've got a good feeling about this.

No, but as I suspected, we had just as many outs/ins this year (in fact nearly every week!). For the Norwood game Fairclough, Grocke, Hicks, McEntee, Passador and Treeby were replaced by Cicolella, Hier, Jacky, Malinovski, McGregor and Pavlich.
