With Adam Lange's name popping up for WA it has brought back some memories of 1998.

I think he is a great player and it is a shame he could not be lured back to Unley - $$$ probably played the biggest part on this decision though.

In the GF in 1998 I think if Phil C had of left him on the ground longer we could of had a different result as his limited minutes were excellent and he looked like no one could hold him on that day. He was drafted on his performance in that GF.

PS - no wise cracks about Twitts kicking @ goal please as this still gives me night mares.

Was an undrafted development player when he was recruited to us and while he did a good job in the final quarter of that match, he hadn't done enought at that point to warrant a bigger role and it was a good job on his behalf just to make the GF side.
The fact that he was from Perth origionally no doubt would have meant that Swan Districts wouldn't have had to offer him the coin that we would have had to at the time of his delisting by the Kangaroos.

i think also his partner didnt want to leave perth also...would love to have him at FF or CHF
