Like I said, if Sturt can't win this week, you'd be better of forfeiting the next meeting at Unley this year. It's win now or never.

Let's hope that we can continue to beat Sturt and make it our 15th straight win against them.

Our backline really struggled early against Norwood - Wark proved to be a big loss and losing Smith hurt as well. It wasn't until Coad was shifted there that we began to get on top. Wark is out for a couple of weeks. We'll need to sort that out or Passador will kick a bag full.

regardless of who we have on the park v the eagles, it always ends in tears.

spewing about gum and wark, although we covered well for them the other day. it will be good to have sharples back.

i dont know how we are going to beat them, we need to cover passador first i reckon and go from there.

Passador may not even play. Both teams have some good forwards, but as usual, it will be the midfield where the game is won.

Don't you know that Passa did a hammy at training last week?

smith was dropped while wark rolled his ankle at training. Sharples will be back and hopefully choco ignores him and plays thomson with sturt again. next 2 weeks are some must win games starting with this one at Pecker Park and then the Bays at Sandy Beach, win those and we are on the way to a top 3 finish.

If Sturt cant get over us this time , we might be open to a nice $$$$ parcel in the future ! We couldnt be any more vulnerable with changes every week . Forwards in the backlines , backmen in the middle , playing with more kids than ABC Learning Centres , fair dinkem . The way I see it whoever wins should be able to ride on through to september !

My mail is he will be out for 4 to 5 weeks. But don't worry we can move Kenny Mac to FF or Ben Schwarze both are capable of kicking a bag full.

To quote an eminent Sturt person, "Kick more goals and we'll win."

We will win because we are the best side going around in the SANFL now. Any team which has 15 less free kicks and still wins nicely is a gem. :D :D

If I was a betting man I would back Sturt  .
But seeing I am not a betting man and just a fan who studies the game .I would not be so quick to bet Sturt.
Sturt seems to fall apart when playing the EAGLES .And the Eagles v South looked better than when they defeated Norwood before defeating Sturt the first time around. If that make any sense. :?
I think the hoodoo may will continue. If it does then this will be the Eagles first home ground win for the year .
