Look, all this boils down to is asking the players if they really want (I mean total commitment) to play finals this year, if anyone says no, don't bother coming back until you are. Players who don't want to be out there are just wasting the time of the club and its supporters.

Jacky isn't serious about playing for the Eagles?

Any player. All this talk about players getting tired of Ron, or along the lines of that, should not be there if that's the case.

True, but last meeting, three players kicked 6 goals, Passador, Schwarze and Salter. Then there's still the likes of Grocke, McGregor and Hentschel who can play up forward, which is the problem.

I was gonna say! Look out Jacky!

But interesting the handling of him. Played the first 2 games of the season, was okay, but then only played those few league games in about rounds 5-7 because he came from the Crows and was unable to play in the reserves.

I know, but had about 50% game time in his past 2-3 league games. It was clear they wanted him playing reserves but due to AFL rules they couldn't for a while there.

A couple of big outs countered by a few quality ins for the Eags...

Despite no Passador, like the look of their side and think they'll bounce back from their dissapointing game last week against the Legs...

South showed some good patches in the game against the Doggies, although as good as South were at times, Centrals were not at their best...

My tip... Eagles by 4 goals in a tough battle...

With Passador unfortunately out injured, we need Nick Salter to step up and take charge at full forward. He certainly has the talent to do this, but has been slightly disappointing so far this season. But I am tippimg that he will have a big game on Sunday, and the Eagles to win.

With Passador out it might have been an ideal ooportunity to move Hentschel to FF with Salter in a FP I would also move Schwarze to CHF he plays better forward than back and we have Kenny McG in the side who can handle CHB. Grocke across the HFF. Having Hier in the side at FB certainly helps as well. That would be the ideal scenario for mine. Only time will tell it is only on paper at the moment and things can change quite quickly in a match environment. The Eagles firepower up forward with or without Passador will still be good for the Panthers backmen. Certainly Souths forwards won't be as potent as other clubs so our backmen appear to have an easier job ahead this week. I'm predictng an Eagles win by 4-5 goals.

Exactly, but we lost a good junior because I heard that he didn't like the 19s coach. Now the player is at Central and the coach at Sturt.

And we are more than happy to have him at our great club instead MightyEagles...

If it's the same guy we are talking about, I think you have let go a possible future performer at League level on a consistant basis. Not going to be a superstar IMHO but his aggression, work ethic and booming left foot kick is something I'm happy to have at Doggie land instead...

GO U DOGGIES...

And Todd Whiley for those of you who were wondering...
