Was thinking of the likes of Ugo Colosante, Yves Siebenaler and Pepe Illiano (spelling?)with this one.

Are you doing some family planning CK?
There are no "Gino"s on the list yet...
Steve Bradbury and Michael Milton. Aussie Legends.

Spelly, on the proviso that you are excluding same pronunciations, you have Linden Stevens from Sturt but what about Lynden(spelling?) Bow from the bays?

He's the only one, I suspect I posted that list before updating the recent debutants.

Ambrose Linke Glenelg
Arlen Kennedy West Port

Aah, the great Arlen Kennedy. Did anyone else hear the story about when he was living in the block of flats next to West Lakes Shopping Centre and the Garbage truck used to come at 4.00am each morning to clean out the rubbish, making the usual amount of noise, until one 4.00am Kennedy marched over and threatened the Garbage men with all sorts of dire consequences if they ever woke him again? From the next morning on the truck arrived at 7.00am.

Also, my high school principal was an Ambrose Linke. He never mentioned being a former league footballer but I can't imagine there being too many about. My memories of Ambrose is him being a fitness freak who used to bicycle across the Nullabour during summer holidays.

Actually Yves Sibenaler isn't unique as his Uncle, also Yves Sibenaler played for Central in 1975 & 1978 for 6 league games.

Interesting fact: at centrals we have had 2 x Yves Sibenaler (Uncle, Nephew), 2 x Richard Cochrane (Father, Son) & 2 x Michael Stevens (no Relation).

Any other teams match or better this?

Sorry to bump this thread, but reckon it would be safe to add Bronik Davies to this list now.

Aldo Rosetto played CHF for Westies in the late 50's I think.
As kid I met him at Pt Elliot beach when there with my older sister and her friends.

And Norwood had Ugo Colosante.
EPIGENETICS - Lamarck was right!

There was a Michael Taylor that played a couple of league games for Centrals a few seasons ago ;)

Can't think of any players with Taylor as a Christian name from recent (last 10 - 15 years) times ???
