this weeks football budget....why ?

can someone enlighten me as to why there is a player wearing a west torrens jumper on the front page of this weeks budget ? if they were going to wear that jumper this week i'd understand but it is at woodville so i can't see them wearing it this week (perhaps the woodville jumper)

i'm just curious & bemused at it :wink:
i thought secret groups were a thing of the past, well not on websites anyway

I would think premierships in 1993 & 2006 as well as a number of other Grand Final appearances would be one.
