Thanks guys, editted, should be 52% (I think).
By my calculations they have 202 for and 185 against.

202/387 = 52%

Must have been my Windows calculator that messed it up.

I just did the maths now, may be incorrect because I didn't use a calculator, but I got South for 202 against 185. Adds up to 387. So I got their percentage as 52.19%.
