As goes for most of you that have posted rubbish and offered disrespect to Tim Weatherald, the man is a friend of mine and has taught my son back when I could afford to send him to PAC for a couple of years. All the kids love the guy and so do we Sturt supporters.
One thing that none of you disrespecting posters can take away from him is his record of over 260 SANFL games, a Premiership Medal, and a Magarey Medal. How many here can boast that?
Not too bloody many!

Excellent, so many words, so little said...

All I offered was my own experience, having lost someone I considered a mate in the Bali bombings.

I never once bagged Tim or anyone else. If you read that into my post then it is you with a problem, not me.

Cheers.

Absolute rubbish comment mate. You were there in Bali were you - you went through it did you? Pull your head in.

None of you blokes including Jesper know the true story - perhaps avail youselves of the facts before posting disparaging rubbish on the site.

BTW - All Magarey Medallists are deserved of their accolade. Don't be so disrespectful.
Point out the rubbish part for me please, instead of just giving me a caning based on your over-zealous support for anyone involved with your club.
Couldnt care if Weatherald taught astrophysics. Doesnt change the fact he was the worse Magarey Medallist ever.

Anyone who thinks Trevor Grimwood was the worst Magarey Medalist ever didn't watch much football in 1977. He was sensational that year and no question deserved the medal.

I don't think you win a Magarey Medal by being an average/ordinary player. Tim was a courageous, consistent and skilful player when he won his MM but there is no doubt that his time is up (probably was last season) and he needs to step aside. We have too many promising young players pushing for selection for a 31/32 year old to prevent them gaining an opportunity.

Thanks for the memories Timmy!

Give it up Rucci', you are arguing with the biggest troll on this site. He'll say anything to get his jollies and when he is proven wrong he disappears and then resurfaces under a different name.

Had nothing to do with the mods asking me to change my log ons did it resigned blue. Im sure you have done your research and not just made something up.

Otherwise this could be an even dumber theory than us centrals fans still hurting over 2002 and club stalwart Tim Weatherald not completely spitting the dummy at the Sturt FC.

I abhor the initial post.

Tim epitomised everything necessary to win the MM.

Courage. Fairness. Brilliance. Team-Play.

He will be sorely missed at Unley. Good luck with your teaching profession at PAC and I hope you have a long, healthy, successful life with your family and mates.

Thanks for the priceless memories, Tim! :) :)
