Hey EHL, I know I've had a crack at you about your belief in the Eagles Footy club chances of success this year and how you were quiet after we beat you two weeks ago. However if all footy supporters were like you and supported their clubs the way you do well, they would be much more successful.

Keep it up mate, I admire you passion for the Eags but I reserve the right chip you about it in the same way I expect you to give me a serve when the opportunity arrives.
Let that be a lesson to you Port, no one beats the Bays five times in a row in a GF and gets away with it!!!

Since 2004 yes, but during the dark years of 1999-2003 we had some pitiful turn outs - even at Prospect. But now the bandwagon is fixed it's full steam ahead!!!

Agree with that.

Only place we travelled well was Norwood oval night games early in the year during that period.

Yes, its amazing what a few wins could do.
In the darkdays, you could go down to the members bar at HT or after the game and fire a gun without hitting anybody. Now it gets pretty packed down there.

I just hope we don't lose any wheels on our brand spanking new bandwagon... ;)

Nothing lasts forever Marty, so I hope there's some new wheels to go on when the current ones get a bit tired.

Good work CD ... If you are able to harness the energy Holden puts into bagging your coach and channel it toward something more positive for the club you could be on a winner!!

Somehow me no see this happen though ...

You betcha!! I've always maintained if you give it you always have to expect to take it!!!

Please don't take this as an attack on your playing group, but if the Eagles players showed as much passion as your blokes do for the Woodville-West Torrens footy Club I'm sure you would have won a flag this millenium. Keep it up boys.....

Play on.....
