Port was my thought for where CD might have swapped about DW, but then I couldn't come up with any names ... Would make sense though given the geographical link in area's.

Can't think of too many Norwood-CD exchanges, maybe Stephen Connelly, Sean Disbury and Greg Thomas but from memory none amounted to much at their new clubs?

Paul Weston was playing coach for West Torrens, as well as playing for the Bays & Bombers, not sure he played at Norwood, but it could be possible...

Add Jim West to the Bays and Norwood sharing...

Thank Christ the Bays have not shared all that often with Port Magpies...Phil McGuiness went to where he belonged and by the end of his career, it showed that he should have been a Port man his whole career. Boo him.

Definitely played at least 1 year for Norwood, was past his best but I was still excited at the time as he'd always been one of my favourite non-Norwood players.

Daryl Brown was one that came to sturt from Torrens as did Russell Hutton from the peckers.

Norwood and Sturt have shared plenty over the years, Winter, Barton, Bratten, Nunan, Robinson, Zubrinich, think there was a Wark or two, Im sure there's more.

Yep, certainly did, and from memory, without looking it up i think it was 89. Probably was too old by the time he went to Norwood, and he didn't really do a lot. Was a good player at the Bays and Bombers though.

Big Billy Nalder Norwood to Centrals 1970's
John Lokan Norwood to Centrals 1980's
Jarrod Cotton Centrals to Norwood 1990's

Quite a few Centrals players have left the Ponderosa to play for North Adelaide over the years including
Darel Hart
Peter Krieg
Steven Trigg
Michael Wright
Peter Maksimovic
Phil Lounder
Tim Cook
Scott Stevens
Justin Casserly
Josh Coulter
Matthew Krieg
Daniel Wakelin
to be fair it hasn't been all one way eg Brendan Little, but my money would be on North being Centrals biggest trading partner over the years, but certainly NA would be way ahead on imports rather than exports.

Some useless but intriguing information is that Centrals have lost 5 players to other clubs when they have been delisted by the Crows & The Evill Empire (aka Port Power)

Mark Conway (Power) to Sturt
Jarrod Cotton (Power) to Norwood
Tim Cook (Crows) to North Adelaide
Eddie Hocking (Crows) to West Adelaide
Shane Tongerie (Crows) to South Adelaide

I don't recall Centrals ever receiving a player from Glenelg and can only remember Ken Eustice transferring to Glenelg. So I would say the Tigers "win" the wooden spoon in the CDFC trading game.
