I very much doubt that - he wasn't biased in matches involving Eagles before he was at South.

But Phil wasn't in a position of power with the Eagles like he is with South. It's like Eddie calling Collingwood games when president.

Bayman u r 100% on the money, how hard is it too organise a contact at each ground for regular 10 minute updates

I think we could use some more analysis - I've rarely heard descriptions of individual match ups and who's winning them, or an analysis of game plans.
And I'd also suggest that playing the club songs before games is not terribly good radio. Play them under a preview if at all, but they're not great quality listening on their own and don't create atmosphere.
I'm extremely thankful we have the broadcasts but I also think the standard could be raised without too much more effort.
