Has this got anything to do with the Adelaide Oval rebuilding costs blowing out a further 20 mill.
Is the project now on the back-burner meaning the Oval is now available because the redevelopment may be postponed ?

I havent heard anything and am just posing the question because the State coach told me a month ago that it was to be played at Norwood. :?

I heard that the redevelopment has not been approved yet, and in it's current form may not be.

Well Adelaide Oval is still okay for April's Rugby 7's so I gather that it should still be okay for at least ANZCA day as is only 2 weeks after.

As the Adelaide Oval redevelopment is still up in the air its probably not fully decided upon.
ie if it gets redeveloped the State game will be at Norwood, if it isn't redeveloped it will be at Adelaide would be my guess.

No need to get our knickers in a not as its not a though we'd have to organise extreme new travel arrangements to get to either.

The Anzac Day match would be another kettle of fish, it wouldn't surprise me if it stays at Elizabeth since its been promised to the Dogs and it is their elected home game, plus I'll be spewing if its moved back to Adelaide Oval as I'll be at the MCG that day.

Given that ANZAC Day is on a Friday on long weekend, Adelaide Oval is the logical choice $$ money wise. What would be a greater day than attend Dawn service, watch march, off to the Union St party and down for a look at the footy then back to street party for more two up!!
Who gets the $$ if game at Adelaide Oval? Central?? If it is then they will rack in the $$$$!!

From what I gather, the dogs will resist any attempts to move the game - any coin earnt from the SACA will be far below what they can earn from an event such as ANZAC day at the Ponderosa. Given the fixture is released in it's final form, I assume the home said gets final say in any proposed changes.
