If thats not feasible they should relocate to somewhere in Queensland so I could move up there.

Make it the Sunshine Coast and i'll become a North supporter :D

Thatd do me, Myself and the missus have jobs that are transferable to Brissy and I could handle the drive up to the Sunshine Coast every 2nd Wednesday!

Prospect is the best suburban ground in the SANFL (IMO). It has everything - FREE public stand, great parking, on a major road (so those that rely on public transport can get there with relative ease), decent amenities, it's even got a pretty decent PA system, and the scoreboard doesn't look like a ransom note.

I can't see why they would move to Adelaide Oval when they've already got good facilities at Prospect
They don't keep me here because I'm gorgeous and 5'10

I abhor the idea.

Sturt's move to Adelaide Oval was a disaster.

Prospect is an unique Oval.

Long drive from Albury to the Sunshine Coast. :(

In case you were wondering I lived there many moons ago and drank at the original pub...

Besides, couldn't Carrara do with a tenant?

Perhaps we're just holding out to be the main tenant of a Telstra Dome equivilent in Adelaide. ;)

Oldblueeyes you are without a doubt an ABSOLUTE WANKER. :butthead: :butthead:

Prossie is a good sized oval, has a great BBQ and good beer facilities, is well terraced making it a good viewing ground and is good for public transport.

The move to Adelaide is an absolute NO NO in nearly all supporters eyes.

Steady on with the personal abuse G.

Take him up on his points, which were the surface (not great, IMO), amenities (all over one side of the oval - not alone there but it isn't the best for spectators) and parking (not exactly convenient, unless you have a media pass  ).

I have always found Prospect most appropriate. Beer's well priced, the Grog Squad are great guys and the supporters as passisionate as you'd find at any Club.

Hope North stay at Prospect.

There it is again.

It's a super idea. It was a good move for South and Sturt to play their home games there, as it was for the Eagles to play at Amy Stadium. North get great crowds there, evidenced by our massive turn out when we played Sturt in the vital end-of-season clash last year. They serve delicious beer and cheap food there. When you get 2 to 3 thousand at the ground, the atmosphere is electric. It's great that the coaches and players aren't bothered by supporters during their 1/4 and 3/4 time breaks. Us supporters don't have to put with those kids kicking their footies around, plus the playing surfaces are better looked after with people not allowed to kick the footy on the ground after the game. What North fan really wants to admire their club's history by having a beer or 2 in their Legends Room? Besides, we don't need to be concerned about history and tradition, that all died in '91 when the Crows entered the AFL.
Having our own home-ground is selfish, it's much better to play at an oval that is shared with other organisations.

Agreed, I think that it's a great idea...North should only move if they're getting shafted by their local community and the council.
