SANFL player in court

SANFL player Aaron Motlop has appeared in court charged with falsifying documents. (ABC News: Gary Rivett)

A SANFL player has fronted Adelaide Magistrates Court charged with two counts of falsifying documents to make money.

Aaron Motlop, 22, who is a forward for North Adelaide allegedly falsified documents in March and April last year.

The charges he is facing apply to frauds of up to $2,500 but it is not known how much money he is accused of receiving.

Motlop will return to court in April to enter his plea.

Dunno, but it wouldn't surprise me as we quite often send players back to Amateur clubs in our area for a run for different reasons. We used them as our "3rds" at times, I can remember Joel Campbell playing a few games for one of the teams out there too.

There has been plenty of posts on this site when a SANFL/AFL player is mentioned in the media. Not all of these posts are made by Glenelg supporters, so i dont know what you are getting at there.

There has been plenty of posts on this site when a SANFL/AFL player is mentioned in the media. Not all of these posts are made by Glenelg supporters, so i dont know what you are getting at there.

Its pretty obvious, I think he's referring to Rushby.
Rushby presents many stories but none of them (or very few) seem to be about any Glenelg players, you'd think with him living in a Glenelg zone, being a Glenelg member and knowing several people at Glenelg that he'd have the occasional Glenelg story unless he's just trying to stir the pot.
Many have raised this before, one explanation was given that his Glenelg stories are on the Snouts site, must admit Ive looked on there a bit in the past and never seen anything disparaging about any current Glenelg player, administrator or board member but maybe I looked at the wrong time.
Anyway, what Im trying to say is it is very obvious what he is getting at IMHO.
