I must concur. The renovations at Noarlunga although only half complete are very very impressive. The completion in February will see the club with facilities the equal of any club in the sanfl.

I would think Westies will post a loss this year.

They've spent a squillion with the new administration needing to catch up from a long way back..

After all that what was Sturt's actual result?

Port Maggies to post loss for 2007. wrangling over Port Club proceeds not helping matters.
Sturt Footy club posted a profit but Group overall a loss due to social club.
ive been told that Sturt's problems related to high leasing costs with Unley Council, restricted liquor licence for club rooms (up for review in Feb) and start up costs still restricting Barzaar.
but cash flow is now strong and heading in the right direction.

I suggest overturning Range Rovers in the streets of Unley.
It's all the SANFL's fault.

Having said that the substantial debt has been well spent with the redevelopment looking really good already at the half completion stage.

Sounds like Jack got his money up front.

Any more updates? I know AGMs are still to come at North, West, Glenelg,.

So far results seem to be:

South - Football Club $107K loss, Footballers Club $733K profit
Centrals - Football Club $23K loss, Footballers Club $150K profit
Norwood - $4.143m profit (asset sale realised - extraordinary profit item included)
Eagles - Football Club $46K profit, Licensed Club $115K profit
Sturt - the figures are around but if someone can add them in it would be good

I assume annual reports have been sent out for all clubs by now - can anyone advise on results for
North?
Port?
West?
Glenelg?
Steve Bradbury and Michael Milton. Aussie Legends.

The consolidated profit is $110K (prev year profit $625K)

Football Club profit of $20K (prev year profit $55K)
Northern Tavern loss of -$174K (prev year profit $310K)
Roosters Club/Grand North profit of $264K (prev year profit $260K)

Northern Tavern had a one-off expense of $219K due to a back-dated bill from AGL as well as needing to spend $600K to refurbish premises to meet new smoking regulations. The expenses are inflated due to accounting (non cash) related depreciation charges in the order of $500K. So the underlying cash flow for the year was a positive $437K.
