he's never been registered anywhere. He's a volleyballer and clubs can take players from other sports as a rookie if they can prove they've never played organised footy as part of a club, and they obviously believe they can turn him into a player. He would have played less than five games all up so far.

Can't blame him for our season, provided a level of class most others couldn't - not bad for a frightened teenager.

I only saw him play against Centrals, which wasn't a particularly flattering display by your lot - will bow to your judgement on the rest of his season (note the  too mate!)

Kicked 4 from memory first time we played you at the Parade, would get a pass mark in my books ... Wasn't sure that he played at Elizabeth?

I had put the first 3 quarters of the game at the Parade behind me... The next 5 quarters against Norwood yielded 45 goals, much more memorable.

I was referring to their luck in having so many players picked up by the Crows and Power as opposed to interstate clubs, they seem to have better luck in this area than other clubs.
WTF Grocke or North has to do with that I have no idea, perhaps you should re-read what I said.

No need to look at Grocke next year when I see him on the field, I along saw him this year get dropped and I also saw the Eagles fall apart in two finals against North, I doubt we'd want a player back that wasn't even good enough to get into the side we dominated in the finals. North's CHF made the Advertiser Team of the Year as the CHF where Grocke couldn't even make the Eagles side at the end of the season. Yeah, we'd have him any day. :?

Welsh to the bullies was pretty much done and dusted ages ago. I guess there looking to boost the height in there forward lines. And now with Hudson in the ruck, it might work out well for them.

WTF White, Wundke, Gallman??? Hmm is that not promoting their juniors??? Not to forget Marlon Motlop who is part of Norths junior program but is not their player so they can't claim him as pick up $$$$ wise

Gee I hope (edit) Port Adelaide teach Salter how to run both ways, he certainly hasn't at Oval Ave, as Rudolph was able to run off in the last game at Pecker park and in the final. It was Rudolph and Kanes run that enabled us to get back into the game in the 2nd and 3rd qtrs. I will freely admit that Salter is good offensively has size and can take a mark but gee son lots of footballers look good when the ball is coming towards them but when the hard insinctive defensive work needs to be done.....That is the challenge for the PAFC coaching staff

Looking forward to the match up of Holmes on Petrenko again next year...

Must go and wash now as I feel so un-clean defending North Adelaide....
Let that be a lesson to you Port, no one beats the Bays five times in a row in a GF and gets away with it!!!

Hahaha. Holmes? Rudolph? Who are these guys? Are they players from a club who just had its best season in a decade and still only just finished above half way up the ladder, and only because of Simon Feast?

C'mon Aerie, you yourself said Holmes goes all-right - you can't deny Holmes gave Jarrod a touch up at Pecker Park. As I said it will be interesting to see their battles next year.

Who's Rudolph?? Well well, its a tad concerning if a no-name is showing up Salter for his lack of defensive skills imagine what is going to happens when he comes up against the hard running defensive backman in the AFL....the boy will have to learn quick.

Having seen SAlters game I hope it is an obvious fault the coaching staff have noted and are going to work on.
