i disagree
if the player knows he wont go there
learning something about another club could help his!!!!

Don't pretend they're really on a covert mission to find out about Haven. Would never work, ridiculous idea.

No covert mission, more like a p!ss-take!

On more money than he is worth. He could go alright in div 4 but is a confidence player with a bit of weight to lose at the moment. Lost his winter coat last summer but that was because of a league pre-season. Will not have the discipline to get that fit himself.

Haven chasing a few Seaton players pretty hard aswell, it will be interesting to see if anything eventuates there.

You beat me to some info!! Good work Felch!! I to came across such information. By all reports in the three weeks D. Hams has worked at Ca$h Havens he has probably done more work in regards to chasing players than in the two years spent at the Thunder.!! Still yet to sign anyone though. Sounds very much like his time at the Magpies.

I think it is now fair enough to say that the reports of the big money that North Haven spend on players IS TRUE!!! Setting that straight IMO you will never find a core group of quality players that play their football for anything else but the coin at Havens, because they recruit players solely by turning them into big money players. To be more specific, (this is in an effort so no North Haven supporters get fired up over nothing) IMO a core group consists of at least your top 5 players. By the way Havens is run, their top 5 players will never have any other ties with the club except MONEY. And money dries up. This is not a recipe for success.

Having talked to a couple of NHFC officials, from what i can gather is they cant rub 2 bob together let alone pay anyone dollars, they were in a bit of trouble last year and i dont think that they can afford to go down that path again

Is splash the Ca$h Haven sticking with the same blokes that lead them to 5th last year or have some of them left, and the new guys they are seeking are replacements.

It seems Ouzo666 had it right all along. Seems everyone is talking about haven again. I can tell ya all for a fact that haven are just having a ball. They got good numbers at training. Having a laugh with each other and training hard. Not one of them have even mentioned the 2008 season. its a good feel out there. there has to be more clubs in D4 this year. Lets hear about them

I agree mate, lets hear about other clubs.

We have been training for about 7 weeks, reasonable numbers turning up too. We will train until week before Xmas, have a break, then fire up again mid-late January. Very tough pre-season planned. :D

Geez mate, news travels very fast. All confirmed yesterday, April 5th Portland vs BOS @ Portland, week before round 1.
Should be a good hitout for both teams.
