The horse is dead, stop flogging it, rog!

Shame. Done properly (SA v Vic) it would have garnered a huge following here in SA. But we are celebrating 150 years since a couple of rugby teams slightly tweaked their rules so it would have been difficult to get too excited anyway.

Rubbish, you like everyone else will watch this game. It is dissappointing it is not SA v Vic, that way it would be a celebration of the entire 150 years and its traditions rather than an exhibition match marking an anniversary. It's a pity that the All Stars guensey won't mean as much as the Big V even though it's a tougher side to crack into.

Everyone should support it then maybe the AFL will have to accept State of Origin back.

Only interest will be in hoping Geelong players don't get injured.
Will be on the PC that night as would be boring as hell to watch.
Should have been Geelong v the rest but the AFL were probably scared the cats would win by 15 goals.

I thought it was wiser not to risk a poll, and just stay DEEP in the bunker for this one.

LOL. You're worried about Geelong injuries and then you propose Geelong vs. The Rest?

Not a bad idea, the club deserves more than one highlight per fifty years.

Even though I'd rather SA v Vic I'll wager that more viewers will tune in to cover the two losses above.

Can't believe someone owned up to being an umpire!

We'll prob all end up watching it because

1) there'll be no other AFL footy on that weekend
2) we won't want to be the one on SAFooty that can't comment on it :D

I am disappointed its not SOO too but will still watch it definitely

I think they should remove suspensions for striking from the game to give it some passion.

Someone smack J Brown please, what an arrogant bully.
