Has the off-season started???? I look at the papers every day and there's a stack of footy in there. I just thought we were still going and I was somehow missing the scores of the games.

Yes. Weekend seems to be boring when there is no footy on

Me, me, me, me, me :( I even watched a game of shinty on tv yesterday. For those that might not know it's like hockey without rules and appears to be played to the death and is just as dangerous for the spectators. At least when the Six Natons starts in Feb I'll know the footy isn't far away :D

Don't know about Victoria Rodge, but not overhere Rodge. We are being subjected to crap about BAsketball and the bloody soccer. We should be thankful of small mercys though, not getting Rucci's antagonist stirring bullsh!t of Crows fans is a good thing.

(I wouldn't mind his critique of the Crows if it wasn't so abviously slanted to stir the cognescenti of Adelaide as opposed to dinkum football journalism that you get in Melbourne becase there is competition)
Let that be a lesson to you Port, no one beats the Bays five times in a row in a GF and gets away with it!!!

Not missing it at all, having a break makes it even better when it rolls around in late March AFTER cricket season....to be honest summer is much better for the sports minded with Basketball, Soccer, Cricket, athletics, cycling etc which can all be seen live or on TV, plus o'seas soccer, NBA and NFL..........probably makes footy better cause there arent the options in winter!

What LuvsFooty said! 8)

The game between the Tiwi Bombers and the Darwin Buffaloes was a one sided affair, yet the Tiwi side looked like they could certainley give some SANFL sides some worry!

The Adelaide cognoscenti don't read the Advertiser.

Missing gameday like hell.

The routine, get up early, loo, switch on the laptop, put the kettle on, tune in to Life / RHP, log on, get coffee, write team sheet, say hello to the Roost, wait for the 1st bounce. Fantastic.

As a Norwood supporter, I've missed footy at this point in each of the last however many years, only to hit April or May and think, "WTF was I missing this?"

Despite our poor form and lack of achievement in recent seasons, I am still seriously missing the footy.
